Perelepituse planeerija Terms of Service

1. Operator and Scope

Perelepituse planeerija is operated by Kevin Mandmets (Estonia). The service is invite-only and intended for approved users who manage mediation-related cases and meetings.

2. Account Access

Access is granted only to approved user accounts.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
The operator may suspend or revoke access for misuse, security risk, or policy violations.

3. Service Features

The service provides case management, meeting scheduling, and communication support features. Some features depend on third-party services, including Google Calendar and SMS delivery providers.

4. Google Calendar Authorization

When you connect Google Calendar, you authorize the application to access your calendar data and to create, update, and delete events for scheduling workflows. This integration is used only for service functionality described in the Privacy Policy.

You can revoke access through the app disconnect option and through Google Account permissions.

5. Acceptable Use

Use the service only for legitimate case-management and communication purposes.
Do not attempt unauthorized access, scraping, reverse engineering, or service disruption.
Do not upload or process data you are not legally permitted to handle.

6. Privacy and Data Handling

Your use of the service is also governed by the Privacy Policy, including retention, deletion request, and third-party processor details.

7. Availability and Changes

We may modify or improve the service from time to time. We may also update these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Disclaimer and Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
